Mouse Ear is a little wild flower with hairy leaves arranged in a ear-shaped rosette from where it gets its name. It has a yellow flower similar to a dandelion. It grows all over Italy from coastal areas up to altitudes of 3,000 metres. It is picked in May and August.

Aids the drainage of bodily fluids and increases fluidity of bronchial secretions.
Use: Livestock that grazes in meadows rich in mouse ear does not contract brucellosis.
