Erisimo is a modest little plant that grows throughout Italy in wild locations, in abandoned buildings and ruins. Part of the family that gives us horseradish and mustard which it greatly resembles. The upper part of the plant at a height of 30-80 cm is the part that is used. It is picked in May and June.
